Approved laboratory accreditation units have the right to use the laboratory accreditation logo on the certificates or reports issued within the accredited scope, as well as advertisements, special letterheads, and promotional publications to be used.
1. Approved laboratory accreditation units have the right to lodge complaints about the work of CNAS, its staff, and reviewers, and have the right to lodge appeals against CNAS's decisions related to laboratory accreditation.
2. Approved laboratory accreditation units have the right to terminate accreditation qualifications voluntarily.
3. Approved laboratory accreditation units are obliged to ensure that their operations and services continue to meet the accreditation conditions specified in Article 4 of these rules.
4. Approved laboratory accredited units are obliged to consciously abide by relevant laws and regulations.
5. Approved laboratory accredited units are obliged to provide necessary support for CNAS to arrange assessment activities, and provide convenience for relevant personnel to enter the assessed area, check records, witness on-site activities and contact staff, and shall not refuse CNAS dispatched Personnel who witness the review activities (including witnesses of international peer review).
6. Approved laboratory accredited units must participate in proficiency testing, laboratory comparison or measurement audit activities designated by CNAS.
7. Approved laboratory accredited units must be responsible for the certificates or reports issued by them, and keep secrets for customers.
8. Approved laboratory accredited units are obliged to have clear procedures for handling customer complaints. If the complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily within 2 months after receiving the complaint, it is obliged to notify CNAS of the summary content and handling process of the complaint.
9. Approved laboratory accreditation units are obliged to notify CNAS in writing in time when this change occurs; they are obliged to make adjustments in accordance with CNAS requirements when accreditation requirements change, and notify CNAS after adjustments are completed.
10. Approved laboratory accredited units are obliged to be fair and honest, not to resort to fraud, and not to engage in any activities that damage the reputation of CNAS.
11. Approved laboratory accreditation units are obliged to comply with the relevant regulations of CNAS when indicating their accreditation status in their certificates, reports or promotional media, such as advertisements, promotional materials or other occasions. Do not use the accreditation to imply that a product is accredited by CNAS, or make a statement that CNAS believes will cause misunderstanding.
12. Approved laboratory accreditation units are obliged to return the accreditation certificate immediately after being revoked by CNAS, stop using accreditation marks on certificates, reports or promotional materials, and shall not use any means to indicate that their accreditation qualifications are still valid.
13. Approved laboratory accredited units are obliged to pay fees in accordance with relevant regulations.
